One of the most exciting challenges facing South Africa and the rest of Africa today is that of finding ways and means of upgrading the knowledge and skills of the population in general, and the skills of those people who lack formal educational and qualifications. Avenues must be explored in which training and education can contribute towards upgrading skills, improve safety, quality, production performances and competitiveness. Capabilities:
Spectra Mining Services has only just received provisional accreditation in December 2016, and has a very small compliment of staff. Our office block is situated just outside of Mooinooi, and is fully functional.
BEE COMPLIANCE
Spectra Mining Services is 100 % compliant and is a level four contributor, see attached BEE Certificate. Spectra Mining is also committed to the Basic conditions of employment act, and we will avail ourselves to meaningful inclusion in the mining charter should the appropriate opportunity present itself.

SPECTRA MINING SERVICES CC is currently accredited by the MQA, as a provider in surface mining industry.
